“Upon notification that I received this scholarship, my first reaction was shock. Then, happiness. I can prove to my students in real-life exactly what I’ve been talking about – not only the dangers of texting and drive, but that if you work hard enough, you can achieve what you set your mind to. This scholarship will help me pay for school, while teaching my kids these lessons.”
