Resident of Pinellas County, Florida Injured at Local Store Sues for Damages

Emerson Straw’s client was shopping at a neighborhood thrift store for a lamp and was provided a box of light bulbs to choose from. After many attemps of testing out different bulbs, one exploded causing shards of glass to injure his eye, affect his hearing and bleeding. The plaintiff was not warned of the possibility of the hazardous product malfunctioning, and the possibility of the lightbulb exploding on him. He sustained bodily injuries, pain and suffering, loss of earnings, and more consequences as a direct result of this matter.
