Emerson Straw PL Settles Hillsborough County, Florida Medical Malpractice Case
Resident of Hillsborough County, Florida presented to hospital to deliver her baby. While in labor the Defendant Doctor negligently instructed to prematurely push before she was fully dilated. This resulted in the Plaintiff sustaining serious lacerations to her cervix and posterior vagina. After a decision was made to proceed with a cesarean section, complications occurred, leading to the Defendant Doctor negligently applying uterine sutures, resulting in the disruption of blood supply to the Plaintiff’s uterus and, ultimately, leading to an unnecessary hysterectomy.
