The Plaintiff was driving on a main interstate (275 S) in March of 2021 when the defendant driving a motor vehicle owned by his employer, a local real estate agency, forcefully struck the rear of the vehicle, causing him a jarring impact and many damages to his vehicle. He received significant serious injuries and resulting pain, suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of the capacity for the enjoyment of life, expense of hospitalization, and loss of earnings/enjoyment of life.
